oh yes i did upper body 4 times last week, this week alreday twice! i will look like those guys with masive top and chicken legs! Smile

I did body weight squats and lunges today- feels ok so far..

rather avoid doing squats as currently that won't be much assistance to the leg

no quality for now B .. just do light running till there is no pain

once you up to 1hr again without any hassles things should be fine

so 40 minutes easy over the weekend and look to get to an hour next week and then thereafter we can look at some faster running around Friday - Saturday

it should come back quite nicely

No pain!Smile I did 40min easy run on Saturday - all good. And 56min.(didn't have where to run those left 4min!Wink) Monday - I think ok speed as by my watch completed 11,5km- again nothing! So all good and back normal!:yes:

Shall I do any more runs before Friday's session?
