So how should I proceed. Wait until it feels better, and if I can start running again this week I can build up a little until next week. Or should I start the program in the middle of the week? rgds, Christian How to train - Raginglynx - 02-07-2011 Back again from the cold I started running again yesterday. I did 40 minutes easy.
