Good Sunday TheEd!

I did 1h run today and i had one of the best runs in ages.. it was lovely outside, warm and sunny.. :yes: lots of energy somehow .. i think last nights sweets helped a lot.. :whistle:

What am i doing Tuesday?

Hi TheEd!

Fun fun fun!Smile
So.. I did 6x600s 2:05 with 60s rest.
First 4 were actually ok! I think because it was just 2min!Smile my favorite! I felt just over 90% it was enough rest for those.
But the last 2! That was hard.. Over 95%. so last 60s rest felt very short.. But enjoyed that feeling after completed!

Hope it all make sence..;-)

you can do a warm up and then a 3km paced as you feel

with warm down

Sunday or Monday 1hr easy
