Hi TheEd,

Sorry for delay, busy day yesterday!
So I had fun yesterday! As you said I did:
1000 on 16km/h - ok Smile over 85%
2m R - enough
800 on 16,9km/h - oh dear! Started seemed easy and then - tough! 95% last 150m got like numb!Smile
1m R - short
1000 on 16km/h again if i got right..? Little more tired than with first one, but massive diferrence from second one
10min cool down..

it's getting lighter for longer, so in the near future I should be able to travel to a further one..

I prefer Tuesdays just because i can train in the morning where wednesdays would be afternoon - not the best energy levels.. but i'll do as you think is the best!

The following one is 26th March. I'll have to confirm this in about a week as might go snowboarding that week..!!Smile if so then the other would be a month after..

I thought there was a 5km the last Friday over every month in the park?

edit: OK .. I missed it somewhat

today 1hr .. then Wednesday warm up and then go for a 10 minute run at Friday's anticipated pace

if memory serves me rightly the 5km is an evening run, so use Wed's run as a prep for Friday
