Building back my base + 10k training program - goldfeld - 20-06-2008 Felt like a good session today. I gave up on the fifth lap; was afraid I'm coming back too strongly. Here's the summary: 2k laps session: (100secs rest between laps) time; pace(min/km); maxHR; avgHR; HR after 70sec. warm-up: 14:07; ; 159; 149; ;. lap1: 8:30; 4:15; 173; 161; 119 lap2: 8:23; 4:12; 177; 170; 124. lap3: 8:15; 4:08; 180; 173; 129. lap3: 8:15; 4:08; 182; 175; 126. cool-down: 9:05; ; 158; 152; ;. Legs were tired afterwards. Other than that I felt ok.
