Thank you and advice - gkoskela - 12-06-2010

I did just order and receive new shoes. That may help. I won't run today, as per the schedule, and do 30 minutes instead of the long run tomorrow. The calf feels good today, so I may have it beat.

Good morning on your side of the Atlantic!

Did the 1000's tonight (Weds.) Calf is good, body is exhausted from lack of sleep. Thought I could do better than I did, so didn't have negative splits for the first time in a long time. 4:38, 4:37, 4:39, 4:41, 4:41.

Have a good day!

be careful with the fatigue as it will impair performance which could then lead to other problems

I see you mention 5 x 1k or simply not typed in the 6th

Cheers

I'm still on the sub-50 program...should I have moved to the sub-45?

my apologies .. had you on the sub 45 already in my mind

no need to move up to sub 50 minute just yet

and especially after the last 1000m session being a little tough

once the balance comes, there should be an improvement and moving up to the sub 45 minute will be more natural

please take care
