But stuck at 55 minutes?? - kkandler - 14-03-2010 ok, that's what i have been doing after the quality runs, taking it very easy. i don't have any races planned until may 31, but.... if there are races scheduled in the Manila area can I run them? do I use the same race day as on the schedule? Can you point me in the direction of some nutrition advice for running? Do you think short walk-breaks (10-30 seconds) should be used during a 10k race? I have a race in Manila on May 30 where I am hoping to break 45 minutes.
