Hi TheEd,

Hope i'm not in trouble... Smile

I did 1h run today. And later in a day i couldn't resist to little competition at the gym..:
energy systems:
we did 30s push ups 30s rest - 3 times
2min as many as you can squat thrust (55)
and 2,4km run at the end! i did it in 9:30min! Smile

So not sure with tomorrow's training? i don't mind doing it at all, just wanted to let you know.. just could not - not do it! :duh:

I guess you know me by now... No comments or no answers is the biggest pain for me...

But I still think you would not resist to a chalenge...?Smile

Confusedtop:

not a problem B

Smile

plan the challenges better and you can plan for better long-term performances, if you did this in the last week before a race then it is questionable and hopefully it doesn't have adverse effects

so all OK

:great:

yes

Cheers

I thought if you could help me on this: i'm looking for running music downloads for my 1h runs. Is 160bpm about right?

Thank you!

are you able to jumble up a session?

warm up then

1000 in 3:45 Rest 2 minutes

800 in 2:50 Rest 60 seconds

1000

as you feel

after the last 1000m you can warm down 10 minutes as you feel

how does this sound?
