5km training - beatule1 - 03-02-2010 yes Friday is good. mmm.. my guess 3:30-3:40/1km? getting scared now! I forgot my usual top and had just really tiny one..it was realy squashing my rib cage.. I guess my lung capacity expended as it wasn't that tight around my chest before.. I managed just just finish the 5th one as I couldnt handle pain any more.. Speed felt fine (as much as I could concentrate on it not on my ribs!) I guess I felt 87-90% rest felt short but enough to catch my breath back.. I'm so sorry!! Can I repeat it again Sunday or Monday with normal top?:duh: and can go 1-2s faster or slower just to take that curst of?
