Though I felt I was close to the limit of what I'm able to perform. It most often feel like that on the paced runs. However, I did feel more filled with energy than during the easy run the day before yesterday. I've had small indications during the week, this I think was the last one I'm almost never really sick, but I can often carry colds and other infektions that doesn't evolve into something big, only like now small indications Thank you! |
