Hi The EdSmile

Just stopped by to say hello and to inform you that I`m really struggling with my running after pneumonia I had in august.

Pneumonia triggerd panic attacks which I already had 15 years ago.

And now the main problem is that the greatest trigger for my panic attacks is runningSad

Even when I`m getting ready for running my HR jumps to 120 from anxiety.

sorry to hear this VR .. I would seriously consider walk - jog - walk

this will take the stress away of attaching performance related exercise

and .. you will go forward without any pressure

also focus on getting a good sleeping routine in place

It`s getting complicated Big Grin

Seems like I got excerise induced asthma after pneumony.

So my panic attacks were fueled because I really couldnt breed.
