5km training - beatule1 - 28-12-2009 I wrote a private MSG.. 5km training - beatule1 - 29-12-2009 Hi TheEd, I'm much better today! Slept 13h last night!! I did my session this morning, as you said it was tough after a brake but I have to say much easyer than I did the same last time! First interval I felt ok about 85-87%max, second around 90% and last I would say over 90%max.. I thought I'll be worse. My breathing came back to normal after about 1min 20-30s. Beatule 5km training - beatule1 - 30-12-2009 Hi TheEd, What shall i do next? Happy New Year!!! Beatule 5km training - beatule1 - 02-01-2010 Hi TheEd, i did it! and as i thought i didn't loose it during eating festifal! 4km(on my google maps) - 15min.21s! i think my last night lemon tart with ice cream helped me too! half way i did in 7min. 31s. as usual i went too fast at the begining and was realy suffering for the rest 3km! so other half i did slower.. feel nackered now.. Beatule p.s. any new years resolutions? 5km training - TheEd - 03-01-2010 Hi B .. the motivation behind this trial was so you could move forward with a positive attitude your training and development has been going very well and when you ran your lat race you would consider that performance (when not at the level looking for) to be a measure of where you are .. often it is not .. a good performance is a marker and often a poor performance is not an accurate assessment due to circumstance however you have been training well and you are in shape and still progressing forward so now you have it .. what is planned for the next few months? a 1hr run is appropriate and then we can plan to go forward Cheers TheEd 5km training - beatule1 - 03-01-2010 Hi TheEd, Thank you... Plans for next months - first race 29th of this month. And then I think we spoke about it already - these races are every last Friday of the month.. I can do every one..? Also I stopped my Thai boxing as I think it's too many goals at the time.. I'm still into my weight training as I think that and running fully completes me.. I couldn't do just weights or just running. But when I do weights I associate it with running - so everything to make me strong (not bulky), stable and balanced.. And Yoga once or twise - helps my posture and flexibility.. What do you think coatch? Oh and can I keep my Sundays off of training...? as I wrote before I really wish to get one day to sub 19.. So that's my goal for 2010. Hope I can make it!? I think that's it for this time...:mmm: Thank you for all your support!!! Beatule |
