need some advices please - lassen - 05-02-2011 just wanted to ask again. i went out this morning, i have done my first session 2x5 times time around 3 45 too 7. 30. when should i do the next 6x 1000? will i go for easy run tomorrow ? and after tomorrow will do 6x 1000? another question pleas what about some hill work out? and some work out like weight lift? need some advices please - TheEd - 05-02-2011 1000's should be on Tuesday if you did the 2k session on Thursday tomorrow would be a longer run of around 60 to 75 minutes max to start with depending on your level of fitness Monday can be a rest or an easy 20 to 30 minutes then the 1000m session is 10 seconds per k quicker than the 2k session look at the sub 35 minute program to see the balance http://www.time-to-run.com/training/10k/sub35.htm take care TheEd need some advices please - lassen - 05-02-2011 I Didnt Do 2k Sessions Thursday, As I I Have Done Them Today.
