RE: Going for sub 37 10k - TheEd - 17-02-2020 Hi mausman, the whole plan is to teach the body to perform according to the training process have you had a chance to read this https://www.time-to-run.com/theed/10k-training/behind-the-programs the programs are progressive, so after a few months of the 3 week cycle it is recommended to go onto the off period and then the build-up this brings the athlete onto a different level, once the athlete learns and understands the process, it takes the guess work out of what you are doing and what works best for you hope this helps TheEd |
