Starting to Run - Chris2014 - 05-06-2014 Hi Ed, Thank you for your reply. Did the 2k session this morning. Planned to do 3 x 2k's and try to do the 4th one if I possibly could. Fortunately I felt good and managed to do 4 lots. It felt tough, but not too tough! I do not think I will have time to do the Long run on Saturday (Day 5) will it be ok to swap Day 5 and Day 6?
