Thank you for your reply.

Did the 2k session this morning. Planned to do 3 x 2k's and try to do the 4th one if I possibly could. Fortunately I felt good and managed to do 4 lots.

It felt tough, but not too tough!

I do not think I will have time to do the Long run on Saturday (Day 5) will it be ok to swap Day 5 and Day 6?

move the long run to Sunday, but please make sure as to get a recovery day on Monday, even if you only go for a walk on Monday
