1/2 marathon training needs - KMK - 27-04-2009

Hi TheEd!
Well, I had planned to run 25k in 1.45 hrs as you advised. But my cold turned into some fewer yesterday, so no training today to avoid it getting worse.
I am feeling better now, but tomorrow a 30 min. easy run seems best option, and then a longer run the day after, 15 - 25k depending on how I feel tomorrow. Do you agree?

Hi KMK

the problem with the longer run is that it would cause dehydration and that could affect you in so many different ways

rather keep things easy until the pulse and every aspect is back to normal

rushing now will make the symptoms linger

Keep it easy between 30 mins and 60 minutes until body ready to continue
