1/2 marathon training needs - KMK - 27-04-2009 Hi TheEd! Well, I had planned to run 25k in 1.45 hrs as you advised. But my cold turned into some fewer yesterday, so no training today to avoid it getting worse. I am feeling better now, but tomorrow a 30 min. easy run seems best option, and then a longer run the day after, 15 - 25k depending on how I feel tomorrow. Do you agree? Br.
