going for sub 40 - gjoko - 11-09-2014 Morning pulse has been stable at 60bpm so no problems there. Feeling good about this. ![]() going for sub 40 - gjoko - 15-09-2014 Sat Day 9 Rest Sun Day 10 50min easy Mon Day 11 5k paced run 21:30 AHR 188/Max 196 Tried to stay relaxed and could have easily done another 5k at that pace. Enjoyed.
