5km training - beatule1 - 13-12-2009 Hi TheEd, Hope you had good weekend. I did 1h run today, slow as was with slow runner... It's hard.. What's next? I've seen a few fast runners doing little sprints and read about it too..? It was around 95% with all 3x 1000s! I hope I didn't ruine it with my indulgences over the weekend... But Sunday I was feeling fine when I went for 1h run... Maybe because I was slightly edgy just before the run today as forgot my iPod and running top..And didn't have enough sleep last 2nights as yesterday had important exam..
