First felt ok maybe around 85% Second and third around 88-90% was plenty of time to recover, my breathing was back to normal after around 40s. Was a good run- not dieing but gave a nice kick to the system.! I'm planning to look for the following race. Races are every last Friday of the month - should I look for each one or every other month? The following would be more than a month as this is moved earlyer before Christmas.. Beatule 5km training - TheEd - 11-12-2009 Once a month should be fine and then we can juggle as to which ones are more important you found that session easy .. :mmm: I cut it back by 5 seconds please weigh yourself and send me the data via PM (message) seems like you rounding in to good shape now don't start on the doubt factor, please as this is the norm for most Nice going you OK for a 1 hr Sunday? Cheers TheEd 5km training - beatule1 - 11-12-2009 I'm not starting with doubt so far I sent a msg. Beatule |
