OK .. are you able to do 1hr tomorrow and then on Thursday 1000's?

want to put in a longer run before running down towards the race

could i swap sessions around? as i mentioned thursdays i can do just outside session (so no ntervals) or can do 1000s wednesday or friday..??

3 x 1000m with Rest 3 minutes

pace = 3:45

Hi TheEd,

So I did it!
First felt ok maybe around 85% Smile
Second and third around 88-90%

was plenty of time to recover, my breathing was back to normal after around 40s. Was a good run- not dieing but gave a nice kick to the system.!Smile

I'm planning to look for the following race. Races are every last Friday of the month - should I look for each one or every other month?
The following would be more than a month as this is moved earlyer before Christmas..

Once a month should be fine and then we can juggle as to which ones are more important
