Can you tell me if AB`s marathon plan is available?

VR .. I have not made it available to the general public as yet

however, the core of the program is the 10k schedule with a longer run every 3 weeks

and then

switching to marathon training with 6 weeks to go

Ok TheEd.

Gonna try to improve my speed this spring and summer and then try to prepare for marathon.

we would need to increase the long run from at least 10 weeks before the planned marathon while still on the 10k program

I had in plan to increase my long run already. Start with 20k and slowly build to 30k.

Is that ok?

yes, but try not to increase the distance too quickly, seek to be comfortable with the run

onwards
