5km training - beatule1 - 29-11-2009 No problem with tomorrow, but could I do quality session Wednesday/Friday/Saturday? as Thursdays I don't have facilities to do intervals (work reasons) I can do just outdoor session ( any distance or time) that day ... Will that work? Or I can do timed intervals outdoors on Thursday, but I won't realy know my speed... I did my 1h run yesterday - very nice run Today I did full body strength workout, i'm feeling fine so tomorrow will be ready for quality workout! My goodness! I will have lots of fun!:whistle: Is this the fastest from my sessions? Beatule 5km training - beatule1 - 02-12-2009 I'm dead person! Oh My Goodness!! I did it, but that was definately the hardest for me! All 800s I did on 16,7km/h (2:52). Rested about 2:30 as after 1min 30s rest my breathing was coming to normal. All felt hard around 95%max, last 2 over 95% as I started feeling slightly naushious even my stomack was empty.. but I enjoyed it!!! Felt so good when finished!
