Big Swede How to get a Big Swede running fast! - TheEd - 19-05-2009 Hi Big Swede the longer distances will always be tougher for our size persons, when younger I could cope up to 15km but found the 21km a great deal more difficult the good thing is to have got a 10k PB so there is definitely something positive to take from that and the experience of 2 races (as you put it) on 2 weekends may be a bit too much Take a look at the off period and then the build-up because maybe you can take the days that you travelling off and then start on the build up program, which for you is adaptation to 1hr runs no need to look further than that will you have an internet connection?
