pace 4.00 to 4.05 per k for all the 1000's

So i did it! ooh!Smile
Tough - 6times pushes my limits! but good, much better than last Sunday.
Felt 85-90%of max. just after second 1000 had to rest 70s as got a stich.

B .. what were your 1000m times, please?

this would have been the toughest session I have given you since training on the program

so if it was tough is was to be expected

Hi TheEd,

As you know I don't have track yet so I was doing it on a treadmill. All of them were 4min.

It was tough but I felt worse last week even if it was slightly easyer.
1000s allways hard, I find easyer shorter distances but faster. I guess it's for everybody the same..?

Hope I'll feel like today on the race as last time I thought I will die!!

This race will be very competitive as I have other 7guys racing from my work. And they are fit! Have to beat at least couple of them!!Smile

Do you advice any tactic for the race? Like easyer at the beginning and sprint at the end or keep same speed all the way through? I will try not to repeate same mistake - go too fast at the beginning!!:duh:
