all 600m's were about 85%. was enough time to recover. Really enjoyed this run- million times better than Monday. Legs felt fine.

Hi TheEd,

Hope you had good weekend. Did all my runs this week.
What's for tomorrow?
is it posible to do my next runs for this week thursday and saturday?
My dad is over first time to visit me so just then will be able to escape for a bit.
The following week - back to normal.

shouldn't be a problem B

does this mean only runs on Thursday, then, nothing before?

Enjoy
