Half marathon training - Héctor - 15-04-2012 Hi TheEd. I'm sorry for being absent these last weeks, but wasn't able to run that much due to other commitments. Anyway my hamstring seems to be ok now. A couple of runs now and then (did the 10x400 on tuesday, as always most of them faster than I should). Yesterday went for another time trial, that I failed to end :noway:, but by 3k I was at 11:41. I will try to begin another cycle this week, I suppose I should maintain my last 2k and 1k paces. Yesterday splits: Warm-up 4,4k in 24' , some skipping and striders and then the intended 4k ended at 3,08 in 12' 2" as follows: 1) 3' 49" avghr 164 maxhr 174 2) 3' 59" , 173, 175 3) 3' 53", 177, 179 4) 75m in 21" Rgds.
