But the good thing is - my glutes were really sore!!! Finally they work for me! what shall I do tomorrow? I did my run today and million tones of chocolate and other stuff as I'm 25today so I should have a lot of energy tomorrow! what shall I do next? I did my run yesterday. Nice and easy against the wind! These ladies were fast!!! My maximum speed was 20km/h on a teadmill and i could do just 100m - i felt like my hips will dislocate!! My race is on 18th of December. What's tomorrow? Beatule 5km training - TheEd - 15-11-2009 back to the 6 x 1000m Rest 60 seconds pace 4.05 per k for all the 1000's warm up & down for session enjoy TheEd 5km training - beatule1 - 16-11-2009 Hi TheEd, So did them all, but with a strugle today.. i think my birthday parties put me out of shape... not used to such a things, very cheap date.. As usual second was better, but then all rest 4 1000s were tough, i would say more than 90% not far away 95%. Rest felt short today. I'm not designed for not getting my sleep during the weekend!! About these fast ladies - how long were they training for to get to these speeds? were they natural runners (phisycs and genes..)? Just interesting.. Beatule |
