Started this week with an easy 50 mins and this morning turned in after a 20 minute warm up nothing in the tank. Not sure what's going on really but will keep it easy and rest where need be. Hope ive not stuffed myself up. Resting pulse is normal and the like might just be the heat that's taking longer to recover. If i feel better will take the 2k repeats to gym and make it a treadmill workout. All for now then. Jon. coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - TheEd - 26-04-2017 you stressed or concerned about anything currently if yes, then do not do the 2k run but instead run a light 20 to 30 minutes, until you feel you coming right keep things relaxed TheEd coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - JonathanWardley - 27-04-2017 Hi ED, Yes i think i over looked that part of life... Think that's what my problem is. I did a 25 minute warm up followed by 5k in 19 minutes not to hard but not feeling the love for sure...45 mins easy this morning and 15k tommorrow hopefully this phase will pass soon. Thanks and regards jon. coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - TheEd - 28-04-2017 less is better right now TheEd coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - JonathanWardley - 28-04-2017 Thanks Ed, calm and relaxed about this as there has been some really good training in the bank.
