Hi TheEd,

I did my run before your msg and I guessed it right! - did 1h run.
Was realy slow as was running with slow runner... I have no patience at all!! I was getting so upset that he couldn't run faster!! I'm so bad!!! :duh:

Will run by myself or just faster runners..Smile

actually running with slower runners on recovery runs is very wise as then you know the recovery is taking place

You should find that this 1hr should have you hovering around 10 to 11k as a 'long run'

most persons would find 6 minutes per k for 1hr quite fast Wink

Cheers

TheEd
ps.. in answer to amounts of program users, it can chop and change and I have never tallied it up, as I answer the questions as they come in. Users come and go .. in my 1 on 1 coaching environment I would not work with more than 30 athletes at a time and always had an assistant

will send message about own running

Good evening TheEd!

I had fun! Hard fun! I was doing 2:56min. Oh dear! I think that was 95%!! as usual first is the tuffiest - this time not fittness, but my concentration and breathing were all over the place.. Next 2 felt slightly better, but bloody hard!!
I think I was starting strugling somewhere after 400m.
I rested 2,5min. But was really breathing hard for the first Rest minute.
I loved it!Smile

Thank you. Any chance to know which days I'm running?

Beatule

nice .. take care of yourself

your next run would be planned for Wednesday or Thursday

depending on how quickly you recover and also as to how your other activities go

So over to you

Hi TheEd,

I think would be better Thursday, as today i did heavy weight training including legs so might be sore tomorrow. But maybe running would loosen them up?

If no what am i running thursday?
