Obsessive Runner - Snads - 29-04-2010 OK, thanks, I appreciate that. I'm not duty bound to run them all so I can just see how I feel. I'll keep you posted. So far this week I have: Mon 30 min easy Tue Rest Wed 60 min easy Thurs 30 min easy Tomorrow (Fri) will be rest Sat 3x5min @ race pace Sun 30 min easy Mon (am) 30 min easy Tue (pm) Race 1! Obsessive Runner - TheEd - 01-05-2010 for the future don't put the quality session too close to the race, that being 3 x 5min and don't do quality too soon after a race your best bet is aerobic running if you able to maintain 1hr runs you will help yourself most TheEd :jive: |
