Sub 45 minute 10 km R - Roee - 22-11-2014 Hello, I have been running for a long time, usually 10 km at about 50 min. Sub 45 minute 10 km R - Roee - 25-11-2014 I just want to say that I started the running fast, as you can see the 2 km's at the beginning, and was very difficult to complete the run. surely, if I would start normally as I used to then the pace was better I think.
