UK 5km Time Trials

These time trial events that are popping up everywhere in the UK are very handy. They follow the tried and trusted Time Trials format common throughout South Africa, indeed it was started by Paul Sinton-Hewitt, an ex-South African. Anyway mst are localised around South West London, but are growing rapidly, like in Brighton and Leeds, and even one outside the UK in Zimbabwe. So if ever any of you are in the vicinity, most are run early on a Saturday morning on a weekly basis
