Hi,
I only just discovered this website and it's great, so first of all thanks for maintaining such a useful and interesting online resource.
I'm settling back into running after ons and offs over the last 8 years and my first target is a <20 min 5k. Three runs a week. I've read parts of the extensive thread with Beatule but are there any training programs on the site (I couldn't find any) that would avoid having to read through 51 pages of thread jotting down each workout?
