I'm kind stubborn and I know it. Well, did the 16k ruck at the base last Thursday night, so yesterday I had my legs and calves sore, but went tothe gym and had a workout. Besides that, faced a real tummy problem, don't know I what eat that made me go to the bathroom ten times yesterday (really!):rip: just tried to keep me hydrated.
Today's morning wasn't sure if I could do the TT. As I was feeling better I decided to try, but without go hard. Just kept the pace. And in the end, I'm happy with the session cause I know I could go hard and take at least some 10s from it.

Ed, the 3k race will be in 12th July instead next Tuesday. That's I did the 1.5k instead 1.2 TT.
